"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible new property management. I’m rarely able to get a hold of anyone when I have concerns. There is no sense of urgency to get anything fixed. We had mold downstairs and I had to hound them to get it taken care of. Same with the termite situation. You pay a lot to get 0 star service. They have driven good tenants out with their high prices and bad property management. The only good thing is the location. Don’t make the mistake of renting here or of resigning your lease here."

"Lived here for 3 years, management and communication was great. Since October 2022, management has reorganized, there has been a substantial rent increase, and the communication is terrible. Don’t waste your money or time, look elsewhere."

"It's a nice house and complex. Expensive but nice. But if something breaks, they will take a while to get it fixed (call box was not working for almost 3 weeks) and manager is always out of office. We gave a big deposit and are getting 1/3 back, but we moved out 1 month and 14 days ago and still didn't get the deposit back. Every time we ask they say that they sent the check already, that's not professional. Do not recommend"

"Surfside Villas is the ideal place to live in Huntington Beach! The new renovations are very nice, including pool / hot tub, gym, outdoor grilling areas, etc. The management is very friendly and accommodating. Plus it is walking distance from the beach!"

"Nice location, just too much bulls*** to deal with the company running the apartments. Have had issues since day one when we moved in. Main issue is that there is no parking. Most people park outside their garages but sometimes the city comes in and give tickets for being parked in a “red zone” for the amount of rent we pay there should be little to any issues. So honestly unless you really want to deal with faulty wiring, no parking and a million of excuses move in here it will be perfect match for your needs."
