"I went home today and found two maintenance guys in my bathroom. They entered my unit without noticing me. No one call me or email me. This is unacceptable and inappropriate. If you wanna live here, prepare for someone in the management team to show up in your unit surprisingly."

"As of the last 3 months: Laundry is no longer safe - a neighbor had someone actually remove their clothing from a machine and throw it away in the garbage and I have had my laundry cycles disturbed by other tenants (i.e. stopped dry cycle and removed all my items from the dryer). I've had a guest of a resident threaten to physically assault me once "they got inside" for not opening the front door for them - they were clearly intoxicated and I did not feel safe opening the door for someone I did not recognize. Maintenance staff are always friendly and provide great service."

"I don't usually write many reviews but I just moved in and have had a great first impression. First of all, the current manager Eun is extremely nice and hard working. She will really go the extra mile for you. She continues to be friendly even after you move in. If you ever have any issues, she will always have your back. The apartment is a great community. Everyone is nice and friendly. It's a place where you can definitely get to know your neighbors. Speaking of community, the apartment is in a great area. Everything - metro, restaurants, , are all within walking distance. You can go over to Hollywood, downtown LA, Venice, Beverly Hills even without having a car. At the same time the actual road for the apartment is nice and quiet. Oh plus you have free parking. It's hard to find all these things together so this apartment is a rare find. Last the apartment itself. It was sparkling clean when I moved in with what seem to be new appliances. The closet is nice and big. Bathroom top tier. And windows nice and big. If you're looking for a solid community of people in a great location with a wonderful manager I would recommend checking out Kingsley"

"This place may look good but don’t be deceived by what you see. I wonder when will the management notify tenants of the multi car breaks in that occurred on their property. The management is HORRIBLE and this place is not worth the headaches I’ve experienced. The little gate they have in the front is pointless as it still allows the criminals easy access and creates a very unsafe environment. There is no privacy as a tenant since management is always snooping around and placing their ears at paying tenants doors for no apparent reason when in reality people cars are getting broken into. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!"
