"They raised our rent by hundreds of dollars after the first year then tried to take our ENTIRE 2500+ deposit. Had to fight to get some back — RIDICULOUS fees. Now we live in a 2 bedroom 1600 sq ft apartment next to the grove for a fraction of what it cost for a 1 bedroom (under 900 sq ft) place here."
