"I lived here for a year when I first came to America. Mr. Sonny was very kind and helped me a lot when I moved in. And he always helped me with my work quickly when I had a request. Recently, there was a dog park near the pool, so I went there often with my furry baby, and I was very happy because there were many big dogs late in the evening. I recommend this apartment if you have a furry baby"
"I lived here from August 2019 to August 2020. The water has been shut off intermittently, adding up to probably one month in total. However my friend who lives on the other side of the building almost never got her water shut off. The fans on some AC equipments outside the building get insanely loud during the summer and it goes on for the entire day. Closing your window doesn't help much because it is so loud. Renovations are constantly taking place. The front gate is closed for a while. The hallways on my floor was under construction for like a month. While these are tolerable, they will bother you sometimes. Definitely think about these before you move here. If possible, avoid the southeastern side of the building."
"The apartment is really considerate. During this special time,the gym equipment was put out from the gym. Sometimes a box of water is put in front of our apartment when the water is out, and the time when the water is out is early in the morning, which has no effect on us"
"My husband and I lived here for a year now, but we're relocating to another city due to work. I wanted to write a review because I think some of the negative reviews were unfair. Everyone in the leasing office, especially Bryan Cho, is so friendly and helpful. Security guards and maintenance team are also very friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk accepts packages for you and notifies you by by email which is very convenient. our unit was facing the pool and was very quiet. Windows are double paned and keeps out most noises. Also, we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors so the walls must be well constructed. Yes, there's construction in progress in the parking garage, but it's not a huge inconvenience. Yes, there's skate boarders in the court yard, but there's always a security guard or a Police officer around should you need help. Yes, the fire alarm goes off on occasion, but certainly not all the time. And false fire alarm, marijuana smoking neighbors are issues in most apartment complexes anyways. All in all, we were very comfortable here and I hope the negative reviews don't deter anyone from moving in."
"I generally like the building and the management. The security guys do a great job keeping the drunk and the skateboarders away. The maintenance guys are very prompt and do their job well, facilities are always clean. My only concerns for now are 1. there will always be character in courtyard smoking and being loud, day and night, and you can do nothing about them, it's just the location :/ I'm not sure it's for me, 2. that some of our neighbors smoke pot and we can't open windows because the smell will get in, and it's not the smell I want in my unit. 3. our neighbors are stomping extremely loudly and I told the management and security at least 20 times about this and every time they assured me they will talk to the neighbors. And when I actually talked to the neighbors myself I found out that nobody talked to them about this before and it's the first time. Which makes me thinking the management is not only under-delivering their promises, but simply lying. 4. I hope the management will do some improvements to facilities. Bigger and more equipped gym, sauna and BBQ area would be a great plus to make us stay for another lease term"
