"What a disgrace of an experience to live here. Management is straight up incompetent. The contracted front desk employees are completely and utterly disrespectful. There are major parties going on every night and this is definitely a smoke filled building. In addition the downstairs employees cannot keep track of a single package delivery if their life depended on it. STAY AWAY"

"This is probably the worst experience ever with applying for an apartment. First off I had to wait over 30 minutes for a leasing agent to attend to me. Don't even have courtesy to come get you from the lobby. Leasing agents are so unprofessional, no one answers the phone. I had to babysit them throughout the application process. They always claim they are short staffed which is strange for a "Luxury" apartment. Leasing agents are so rude and condescending. You'll think they paid your rent the way they acted. Overall, the worst experience ever. I should have been the one paid the application fee since I had to babysit them throughout the process. They need a whole course on customer service. This bad experience continued from the beginning of the process till my last point of contact. Please proceed at your own risk. As soon as you pay that deposit, expect hollywood treatment afterwards. I wish I could give a negative star cos that would be the best rating for them."

"The apartments are beautiful, amenities are wonderful, views are spectacular, very blessed to be a resident here. Bryant was quick and helpful to our move here! Pet friendly as well and many fun resident gatherings such as wine Wednesday! Staff are friendly and helpful! Cleaning staff is wonderful! Issues: Be careful however of stolen packages, which happens to me a few times (expensive items) and the management and leasing team did nothing to fix this. I never received the items or an email/ call back on this issue after emailing for months about it."

"Amazing apartments! By far the best view of anywhere I have ever lived or will probably ever live. There’s every amenity you could ask for to the point you really never have to leave besides going to get food. I really wish I had been stuck in quarantine here lol However remember that this is Downtown LA, so you will have some noisy traffic, especially ambulances with the emergency room being so close. I can’t tell if it’s the walls or the floor/ceilings that are really thin but my one big complaint is a unit connected to mine has a toddler that throws non-stop tantrums. I honestly prefer the ambulance sirens compared to how many hours a day this child screams. I work remote so it’s annoying when I can’t work from my apartment and have to leave to be able to focus. But the co-working spaces are a great place for that and I spend most of my hours in a day working there or at night outside on the amazing private rooftop park Has minor problems, but I honestly couldn’t think of another apartment complex that would be better, especially in LA"
