"A five star was for former management team. All former leasing team and maintenance team were so nice and always eager to help. But all of a sudden, the new management team somehow took over and was not doing as well as I was expected. That triggers me to put a zero star for them and eventually ending up with an average of three stars. Teams are not really responsive and not taking much initiative. I understood that it would be challenging and would need some time for new team to take over, but overally teams need to get ready and at least be more professional. I was calling in and asking for utilities details and they sent me an email saying see attached but actually nothing was attached. Then I responded to the email thread within literally one min and did not get any further reply within hours. So I had to call in once to remind them there was nothing attached. Eventually, I got what I want and did not result in anything serious. But you guys could do better. Also, we had some maintenance emergency and called in concierge pretty late on Sunday. They were telling me there was no available appointment on Sunday. That I understood, then I asked if he could put our request on calendar. He said okay, and I told exact time to concierge for maintenance to come through. He said it's done and maintenance would call us on that day. But eventually, nothing happened on the day when maintenance team was supposed to come.i don't know if there is a lack of communication between Teams or not, but it feels like we always need to push you for what you should have done and that is just exhausted. Probably will switch to a new place after the lease ends."

"Change the management team a few weeks ago, and I already wanna move out now I used to love this place live here about 1.5 years, and now can't wait to move out. We have neighbors who love having big parties in the middle of the night, and we called the front desk which they promised to send someone up and resolve the issue, which never happened. We waited and waited, called them 2 hours later 4 times and no one picked up the phone, so we had to go upstairs ourselves to ask our neighbors to turn down the volume... Not only this, our dish washer keeps leaking water every-time we use it and we call the maintenance, and they never come even though we scheduled it. We cancelled our usual schedule so that we could open the door for them when they come, and we just wasted a whole day at home?? There are so much more that is just unprofessional and it is a huge disappointment. Do not recommend."

"I moved out of Park Fifth in December of 2022, and attempted to settle my account balance prior to moving out, however I was unable to do so as Park Fifth overcharged me. The previous assistant manager from a year ago informed me that the increased balance was an error on their part and that he would lower the balance to the correct figure. However, the previous manager never corrected the figure so I was unable to pay my balance until finally one year later in December of 2023, I was contacted by a debt collection agency stating that I owed money to Park Fifth. I reached out to Park Fifth again on December 26, 2023 and was able to get in contact with Q (VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS) who gave me the contact info for the current assistant manager Leslie Williams. I sent Leslie an email the same day and after a few phone calls and emails over the next three weeks, Leslie was able to figure out the issue, lower my balance to the correct amount, and get the debt collection agency to remove my balance with them. Ideally I would've been charged the correct balance a year ago and I would have been able to pay off my balance at the time I moved out, but given that didn't happen, I'm so grateful to Leslie for resolving this problem for me. Leslie inherited a problem from her predecessor and still took the time look into the issue and fix everything for me. She's amazing!"

"My experience with Park fifth is amazing. This apartments is pet friendly, neighbor friendly and community friendly. I made several good friends while living here. They have monthly resident events and everyone is very nicely treated. The front desk and leasing staffs are doing the best job. Amenities and clean and accessible all the time. Most importantly, it feels like home even for international students like me. Highly recommended!"

"I love living here. From the first time I walked in I knew this is where I want to be. The spaces are always clean, well kept, and nicely put together. Most importantly, the staff is professional, friendly, and at one point or another have gone above and beyond my expectations making it a great experience. Reilly, Thomas, & Ezri's authentic attention to detail and being so personable makes all the difference. The leasing team I worked with, Karis and Luke, helped make the viewing, application, and moving-in process feel so easy. Which tells me they worked really hard behind the scenes to make it seem that way. I visited several other buildings in the area and none come close to Park Fifth in regard to cleanliness, professionalism, and overall experience."
