"Good management, excellent maintenance as needed and very clean!"

"I am currently living here for a little more than a year and I will quote my 3 year old daughter's words. 'I love this place so much, and I want to live here for my whole life!' My unit is 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor, and each room has a door to each bathroom. It is really nice. Also I think every unit (except 1st floor) has front and back terraces which allow you to store many things as well as take fresh air. They also provide a garage for a car. It is a little tight for a new minivan, but still you can fit it in. And the 1st floor units' garage is connected to their door. That is what I am jealous! We don't have an air conditioner but there's ceiling fans un each room as well as in the living room. And we were worried about the summer. However, we were wrong. The ceiling fans are more than enough. It is cool just opening both of the terrace doors. What I like the most is the maintenance. The office workers are friendly and always there for us. All the issues in the units are taken good care of upon the request. The property itself is also kept clean. There's pool, spa, and laundry room. There's also a fitness room but it isn't big enough for me. The location of this complex is really convenient, close to schools and a mall which has almost everything (Vons, Bank of America, Goodwill, Starbucks, UPS, Drive through ATM, Urgent care, Laundry, Car cleaning facility and so much more! Also right next to the entrance, there's Jack in the box and 7-Eleven convenient store. The cons are no visitor's parking, the upstairs' noise, and the pets. As far as I know, cats and services dogs are acceptable, but I can see many small dogs on the property. Most of them are not leashed! Plus, a few wild cats are living, and they come to the terrace from time to time. But overall, this is a good place to live!"

"Hello everyone I am a current resident living in San Miguel Apartments in Huntington Beach CA. I’ve lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed the community and amenities. I would highly recommend potential tenants to check out this community. Its quiet, clean and very convenient. The property management/manager (Erin) is very nice, professional, cooperative and handles all maintenance issues in a timely manner. Its nice to live in a place and know that you can count on the leasing manager to help you and or the problem immediately. "On February 18, 2018 I walked on site to see if there where any units available for rent I was extremely impressed how the property is being maintained. I was able to set up an appointment with the current apartment manager who was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. I look forward viewing the 2 bedroom/2bath unit which is currently available."
