"Just applied for an apartment. Kendra and Albert were very nice during the entire process. They were very patient with us and met our needs 100%. They were both very welcoming. We look forward to moving here. The apartments are nicely updated and they seem to be doing a good job renovating the place. I hope we get approved and we look forward to being new resident! Each apartment comes with a garage and another assigned parking space. The trash is as normal as any other apartment complex. The manager was there when she was scheduled to see us. She showed us the apartments that were ready to view. She was very welcoming to my son. This apartment does not have the reviews it deserves. A+"

"Let me start off with parking is either dangerous (you park on Talbert Ave) or impossible (you park in Ocean Air); there is no guest parking. This place is a disaster and it is all because of the manager. I lived here with my family for quite a few years, in one of the back apartments, and in the front orange townhouse. The manager was nosey, rude, and charged us extra when she could for service that was done horribly. The townhouse specifically was the worst, it wasn't painted well; with red paint peaking out from under the white paint all over the house. Everyone's shower had some sort of issue, but mine specifically did not get hot water and if it did it was for 5-10 minutes and the water nose to turn it on kept falling off on to my feet (it hurt). That was not the only object falling off, let's not forget the towel rack and the toilet paper holder (All have landed on my feet). The lights are completely useless in all of the rooms. Everything was absolutely filthy when we moved in. She still charged us for cleaning fees, she wanted the paint in mint condition! How is that possible?? There was no garbage disposal in any unit because she took them all out! She is honestly a disaster to have to live in the same apartment complex in and it is highly recommended to never live here. P.S. the pool is right in front of the street where people can easily see you."

"If I could rate a zero I would. The manager is horrible. She is very nosey. She will walk all over the property looking INTO tenants apartments trying to find something to stir trouble. She tries to get neighbors to spy on each other and report to her. My family and myself lived in the big house in the front for ONE year. She came in with paper towels and spray cleaner the day we were moving in and tried cleaning around us. It took me two hours to get the black flakey mildew/mold out of the jacuzzi tub jets. We left the house cleaner than we found it. She still charged us in full for cleaning. Little metal clips missing from garage remote..$20! You can get replacements for a few dollars at Home Depot. She wanted "mint condition paint" in the house. How is that possible??? We lived in there! She called in a company to service the garage door and it didn't need it. The same service company came to do work on the door less than four months prior to us leaving. Completely unnecessary charge. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DELETE THIS FROM YOUR LIST OF POTENTIAL APARTMENTS!"

"I would NOT recommend this property simply because the PROPERTY MANAGERS UNPROFESSIONALISM. She happens to be the only person that works in the office and her husband is the maintenance guy, they also both live on property. So you would think she'd be available at the office, but thats rare. She's only there a couple hours a day, and you have to call the number on the door to get her to come down from her apartment. I have a light in my hallway that hasn't worked in 3 months, the sink in my master bath hasn't worked since we moved in 8 months ago, theres a huge pile of bricks in my backyard that she said she'd have removed 8 months ago. When my girlfriend or I go into the office and she happens to be there, we attempt to request maintenance or make a payment and she says she's too busy and to make an appointment. She's invaded my personal space by looking over our backyard fence and has looked inside our front windows. Multiple times I'd be working in my garage and she's ask for rent when it wasn't due for another 2 days. I got a new puppy while living here and she asked for the money multiple times within the first 24 hours. She had no sympathy with us when it came to the pet deposit ($400 per pet). She gave us no options to pay in increments or set up a payment plan. I would think she could figure something out considering this is low income housing. I could go on forever about what she has done or hasn't done. Also Im not a poor tenant, never had a noise complaint or paid rent late. Now she threatened to not renew my lease because I told her she was rude to my girlfriend when she went in to pay a bill. Wish I knew who her boss was or who the property owners are. PLEASE HELP. Im not the only tenant who has complaints about her."
