"I moved in over the weekend and got immediately locked out of my door. I had to change my locks and they are harassing me of taking my locksmith fee off of the rent! I DON"T HAVE HOT water also since I have moved in! You would think they would have had this all done before I moved in!! Horrible experience so far."

"No hot water for at least 4 days now. New manager also doesn’t respond to her emails. Very poorly managed complex. Insane that they let their residents live like this."

"*Updated* November 11th no hot water for a couple of days now, holiday weekend so no one in the office to call for emergency maintenance and if you try beachfronts property management’s “emergency maintenance” line they’ll just tell you to wait until Monday when the leasing office is open! HA. *UPDATED* July 30th, just got served a notice rent will be increase by an extra $200 monthly now! Still no resolved issues on the complex. However they’re still charging tenants for laundry units $8 each time. Wonder where the extra $200 is going maybe into beachfronts pockets because we definitely won’t see it in the complex! Busy street every day because of school drop off for a solid 2 hours. Kids can walk in leave their trash inside the complex. Homeless camp across the street. Speeding cars around complex at night. No gates surrounding the complex leaving it so anyone can walk in to break into cars. Multiple attempts to break in this year and it’s barely May. Management likes to complain and leave “letters” for residents about “messy” patios and non furniture items instead of addressing the safety issues this community has. Avoid this place at all cost…they renovated the leasing office instead of using the funds for the complex."

"Horrible experience since the new administration came in. The trash is never picked up, only does once every 2-3 weeks does the trash truck come to pick it up. Also, it never fails, there are always homeless people in the parking lot. Healthy hazards everywhere. Do not rent here, rents are high and the area is extremely unsafe."
