"I am now a past tenant tenant who has been living here for only 1 year. In this time span, they had had 4 different leasing managers. They all quit at some point, and things never get taken care of around here. Cars get broken into way too much, and the security cameras seem to always be out of order. Homeless people walk in and out of this place like they live here, and my car was illigally towed from a spot that was assigned to me. Did i mention that the leasing office will find any reason not to come and fix items in your home.. They came in to fix this cheaply made closet for my roommate, and within a day, we saw mold form on the wall, and it broke again. The leasing office response was to whipe it with a napkin. My closet broke multiple times in the small room as well. Our sink had a continuous smell to it throughout the time I was living their and they never did anything about it. They really enjoy moving small family's with toddlers to the upstairs unit, knowing that the walls are thin. They say they add sound proffers to the upstairs units, but they do nothing to help. You can hear everything they do above you. I have had 2 family's that they have moved anove me in the last year. The 1st family knew the noise they caused and did not care the leasing office allowed them to have 10 people living their including the kids and the noise was unbearable and the 2nd family was no better running up and down the hallways and constantly dropping items on the ground. Talking was pointless. My sanity and money were not worth losing here."
"Reasonably quiet community, lots of families so some kid noise, but totally within reason. Everyone is pretty friendly considering covid, so many keep to themselves more than I think they would under normal circumstances. No pest issues, work orders resolved quickly, friendly managment. Star lost because there's no guest parking. Can use Walmart parking during the day, but not overnight and the street/neighborhood is crowded. Overall happy to live here. Would recommend."
"I've been a tenant for about 3 years now, and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The complex is very quiet and Ross keeps the area neat. Jennifer has been very helpful, and easy to reach. I can tell that she really cares about the apartments and the tenants."
