"Rooms are dated, obvious damage and water damage everywhere. The main concern I had was cleanliness. Tho it may look clean at first glance it was pretty dirty. We felt the need to have to re wipe things with Clorox wipes and it was pretty obvious it was dirty. Food stains on the arm chair and our room (203) didn’t even have a latch lock. Overall if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay this is it. If you’re looking for a place to stay comfortably. This is definitely not it. This is definitely a “you get what you paid for situation” but don’t let the photos fool you. Personally. Would not recommend as you can find airbnbs for the same price that are much better outfitted. We booked a 5 night stay here…we’re eating the cost and got an got an Airbnb for the remainder of our stay."

"Price is affordable, employees were friendly, and the room doors locked, which is why I’ve given more than one star. But the positives end there. The inn is extremely dated, the elevator’s safety certification is a year overdue, and there’s a general air of neglect around the exterior. Inside the rooms is worse. The walls of our room were absolutely filthy - it seemed at one point the room may have been a smoking room, and never cleaned since. The sheets were thankfully clean, but all doorknobs, light switches, doors had visible dirt on them. The bathroom had black mold on the walls in the top corners (tried to show in the picture taken). I did not feel clean until we were at our next stop and able to shower there. I highly recommend avoiding this inn unless you really are desperate, as this is not a pleasant stay."

"Nice room at a fair price. Easy to miss I drove right by it the first time. So a more flamboyant sign. I'm sure would be helpful for others also. And kind of strange they get $100 deposit but I understand that also. And a room inspection before you get your money back"

"The reviews on here that are bad seem to be old. Because this place is upgraded everything. The floors are wood lamination. The sheets are extremely clean and new. The rooms are all very nice. And I can say I've been staying here while I work in Huntington Beach over the past 4 months so I've stayed in several rooms and they are all basically the same. Everything works and is new or newer toilets showers tubs sinks heating air conditioning televisions all excellent. The televisions are very big and new. Service is great they are always friendly and accommodating."
