"Where can I collect the money like all these fake post's?? Half of these reviews are frauds.. Car's have been broken into many times. The safety level of the apartments is deteriorating! Could be a great place for families but for right now lots of work is needed!"

"Such a great place to live and once the apartment manager Eddy came to work here things changed and they changed for the better. He is so nice, caring, and reliable. I have lived here for 10 + years and I can truly say this place has really transformed since he has taken over. He works so hard to keep the place clean and safe. I constantly see him around cleaning each and every floor, the parking garage, and even outside the complex. You can tell he really cares about this complex, the tenents and makes sure it is the safest it can possibly be."

"Eddie is the worst Manager ever. He is so unfair and has favorites. Ever since he became manager the apartments went down hill. He doesn’t clean the laundry rooms they are so dirty all the time for example the floors and the laundry sinks are super clogged and backed up with water and mosquito for months, there is tons of garbage bags outside the trash rooms, the whole apartments smell like marijuana and he doesn’t enforce anything. He is a lazy, careless, irresponsible, manager that is living practically for free due to his position. He takes forever to due any fixing or repairs. These apartment are forsure about to get a huge Law Suit due to Eddie because of how lazy and shady he is. Why is it okay for him to have his family of like 20 persons over and be extra loud at the playground and be outside partying until super late being inconsiderate of the tenants just because he is “Manager.” He is not helpful or respectful towards the tenants. He speaks to all of us so rudely and in such an unprofessional manner. He is constantly gossiping about everyone to everyone. Eddie needs to be fired because we can’t all be wrong about him! He is giving Royale Apartments a horrible reputation. Lisa as manager was better in every way. We shall sign a Petition against him soon to be removed as a manager because it is beyond ridiculously unhealthy and unsafe to be having Eddie as a person to manage the apartments!"

"If they had a negative zero that’s what I would have given this apartment. Manager is lazy, he doesn’t try to help you when something breaks or goes wrong with your apartment. The complex is filthy, reaks of marijuana throughout the hallways. You have people hanging out on the roof smoking marijuana. Under age drinking, stairwell reaks of urine. Eddie deserves to be fired. He’s the worst manager I have ever seen. He’s rude and truly doesn’t care about the residence that live here."
