"These people are scammers. They took a $50 cash deposit and refuse to refund it on the basis of requesting "late check-out." I've stayed at plenty of motels/hotels and never had deposit withheld for a late checkout. I'm sure the front desk personnel are pocketing the money. Don't leave a cash deposit is my advice! Better yet avoid this location all together"
"This place is horrible!! Do NOT GO HERE!! The kid working the front desk was the only decent thing about this place. The manager who clearly has a an issue with basic communication skills let alone lacks in basic customer service. She needs to be schooled on how to conduct herself as a decent human being, let alone a manger of a business."
"Great location of you come for the Vietnamese food. The bed had a very large and heavy person laid in a dead still position for probably 10 years. A crater in the right side. That same person probably stood in front of the toilet door 3.5 years, because there's a dip in the floor. R220. Went to tell the front desk and they said there is no other room to move me to and they're in the middle of renovation."
"We had to stay here last minute since there was a misunderstanding at another hotel we were going to stay at. We were originally going to stay only one night until we found another place but we ended up staying the whole trip because the staff was so kind and we felt safe! The rooms were clean, staff was happy and helpful, and very welcoming. Not going to lie, I’ve always had bad experiences at motel 6s, but this one changed my opinion completely. Plus it’s right next to a wonderful diner called “the goldenwest cafe” which is literally like 10 steps away from your room. Beautiful area, clean rooms, happy customers!"
