"This management system is a time waster. They advertise their places online and on a sign in the front of the building but I called three numbers associated, their website, the apartment itself, and the leasing agent. I was told that I would receive a call back from the local agent but never received a response. Finally, six days later, I received a text from the property manager. "It leased". They don't even have common courtesy to call and tell me. I find this very unprofessional and I advise all to try to not deal with folks like this."
"The neighborhood looks nice and the apartments also look good from the outside. There were no apartments available for viewing when I passed by. I saw the leasing office information as I drove by and called but no one picked up so I decided to walk over to the leasing office and see if anyone was available. Eric, who later said was the regional manager, hardly greeted my fiance and I and was so nonchalant and acted more as if we were bothering him with our inquiries of the apartment. We told him that we had tried calling him but didn't get anyone. He then looked at his phone and confirmed that he did have a missed call from us. He said he was doing something so he missed it. He didn't ask us to sit, looked at his laptop without showing us what he was looking at in terms of the apartment since he didn't have brochures or a printed floor plan and then took us out to look at a common area back yard that I had asked about. We were in the office for less than 5 min. and concluded our "meeting" (according to him) on the sidewalk where he finally started to be kind of nice. He gave us his card where he said we could reach him. We were never able to reach him because he NEVER answered despite the many calls and messages. We had to get in touch with the leasing company. It was only then that he reached out via email. This nightmare of communication is the reason why we would never move here. It's too bad they don't have a manager who will be there if you need something. We were really hoping to live here."
"They had a problem with trash and dumped furniture a while back but now the alley behind the property looks ship-shape. Thanks to the watchful eye of the property management company. It may be that people are a bit more conscientious and environmentally friendly too! The neighborhood is looking great, as Bixby Knolls should!"
