"Pros: - Slightly cheaper rent than surrounding area - Underground parking - No roaches - Gym Cons: - Property management does not respond to maintenance requests until contacted multiple times - Loud neighbors - Constant breaking down of laundry machines and elevator - Packages were stolen - Constant texts about people parking illegally in the structure - Almost no neighborhood parking and lots of it is 1 hour - No A/C - Ants - Old building with just cosmetic improvements, so lots of issues with things breaking down and then fixed cheaply Could not wait to leave and they did not pay the full deposit for things that were already broken when we moved in."
"I applied right after I toured, don't know why they would show me an apartment they already leased with no other availabilities so I just got scammed $47 application fee for nothing. The updated fixtures are nice though, overall complex seems decently maintained."
"Nice place and nice neigborhs. Quiet place to rent a flat in Long Beach. There is a swimming pool inside but nobody uses it I don't know why. The apartments are nice and are well distributed."
