"The fire alarms go off, loudly, all too often. Throughout the entire building. Lately this has been happening almost every week. So frequently that most neighbors do not evacuate anymore. I'm frightened that one day there will be a real emergency and no one would know. Residents with children have had to purchase noise canceling earphones for their babies. The poor dogs are miserable. Many neighbors I have spoken to, during my frequent evacuation visits, have expressed to me that they will be moving when their lease is up. As will I."
