"This place is horrible. My motorcycle was stolen from the downstairs “secured” parking lot. When I reached out to get more information and footage from their cameras they said they only release information to the police. They hide stuff in the lease to get you to pay more money and don’t even tell you how to set up your water electricity internet gas or anything. They do not provide you with any information and then increase your rent at the end of your lease term. If you are a first time renter stay away. This place is horrible and always has police officers out front responding to many issues. Stay away at all costs. Lastly Marisol the property manager is extremely condescending and just an unpleasant person."
"We’ve been residing here for six years. The four years was amazing. The last two years have just been snowballing with problems. I have two kids. Five and two years old. For starters, this is not a family apartment. The location is great. The ample of natural sun in our home has been amazing for my plants. Those are the two positives. However the negatives are now outweighing the positives. We have NOT had electricity for the last four days. Management gave us less than a days notice so we could not prepare on time to put away our food. So…we have food rotting in our refrigerator and freezer. The contractors they hired. Sub par. Poorly executed! Perhaps, if I did NOT have kids. I would have been a bit more understanding & patient. No apologies no back up generators were distributed for the tenants that did NOT have power for more than 24 hours! So if I were you, DO NOT even bat an eye in this establishment!"
"Be cautious renting here.. Management is not considerate to say the least. There is constant broken glass in parking areas because of car's being broken into. Their "Video surveillance protection" is pointless because management will not provide video footage to include in your police report unless you provide them a court subpoena - so what does this "video surveillance" do exactly? It's ridiculous. 4 break ins in a matter of months is sooo costly, not to mention the parking situation is little to none or else they're towing your car..forget speaking to management too, rarely answers.. Seriously, for those looking to rent: find another management company.. It's not worth it here."
"Experienced the walk through - Security cameras and gates Everywhere through out the place - Clean 9/10 - Friendly people (even staff) - Gated parking (more amenities) - Super quite - Guest Parking is cool (needs more spaces) They should do a partnership with the grocery store parking lot next door to offer more guest parking - The studio is literally good for 1 person & 1 guest just don’t have a bunch of furniture - They have townhomes here - Was told lots of professionals (people with corporate jobs or just working class people) - Amenities are upgraded - Mailboxes are upgraded - A park near by - Property manager on site Anything else? Maintenance man was there and the satellite guy was there"
