"Isis was an amazing person to work with. This is my first apartment alone and she made the experience very special. A few things that stood out to me was her response time, her business acumen, and her care throughout the process. It was a very seamless experience. She was able to answer all of my questions about move in dates, allowing my dog to live in the building, and working with my busy schedule to get all of the needed paperwork and conversations. Not only was I able to rent in the exact building and street I wanted to live on but the experience in getting the place was perfect. I would highly recommend renting with Burnside Villas . "They have mice. They have a tub but you can't take a bath . There is no on-site maintenance. They are liars. You can't get in touch with them. The workout area is just where they store old equipment. The wash room is dirty and old equipment The stuff in the apartment ills falling apart. They have mice. They don't care. Don't move here."

"I have lived here for a year or a little over. I am allergic to bees. I have asked them to trim the greenery from my window because it attracts bees, and I found a bee in my apartment that came in through the closed window. I guess they want to get sued. Also, there are mice. My microwave doesn't work. They have a tub, but there is no way to take a bath. The laundry room, the washer and dyers are old and dirty. The weight room is horrible. They closed the movie room. My central air is making some rumbling noise. They might as well not have a phone because they never answer it. They say they have a camera in the lobby, yet they can't catch who is stealing packages. I had baby roaches when I first moved in, which they did get rid of, and they are not bad when it comes to late rent .in this case, it's 2 good things out of so many bad things. They don't answer the phone. I had to repeat that, and I'm allergic to bee stings"

"Kevin is very proficient and he always respond very promptly. Though the apartment is old and hard to maintain a good condition, I think Kevin and his colleagues have done a great job. I appreciate it."
