"I’d strongly advise against moving here. I’m unsure I’ll renew my lease myself. Tiffany Court has terrible management. I’ve had packages stolen, and seen no compensation or explanation for it. I’ve also been unable to let guests in to my building because the intercom box is always broken and they go in circles “fixing” it; they do the same thing (that does not work) every 2 weeks. They also ignore the resident’s calls. I’ve never been able to speak to a representative when I call; I always have to leave a voicemail and MIGHT get a call back in 2-3 days. The only good thing about this place is the location and the maintenance man."
"Today went on a self-guided tour to check an apartment at Tiffany Court. Wanted to thank Vanessa for being extremely helpful and answering a bunch of my questions."
"Do NOT move here. I have been a long-term resident and within the past year, the safety and concern from management is completely gone. When issues of safety are brought up to management, they give boilerplate excuses, and put the onus of responsibility on tenants. In the past few months, an apartment has been raided by the US Marshals, incessant fire alarms that are purposely being pulled, homeless people hiding in stairwells, no on-site management and short, unprofessional responses by corporate. Additionally, the website says there is courtesy patrol which is also listed in my lease. Tiffany Court is in violation because there IS no courtesy patrol, and per local laws, there also needs to be on-site management for a building this size. I used to love it here, but they decided to put profits over safety."
"My first year here was the best one out of what is almost now 2 1/2 years, when we used to have someone on-site. If you have an issue, unless the janitor (the sweetest guy) is around, don't expect customer service trying to help. Lately, packages have been getting stolen, my laundry got stolen and they put SOME of it back when I left a note saying that I was going to make a police report (no cameras in the laundry room). Break ins into cars, the cameras in the lobby got painted in black and it took them more than a week to fix them. My package got stolen and they said they couldn't do anything about it bc the cameras were still with ink. Fire alarm going off like crazy every other week. Walls are so thin I can hear everything from neighbors - fights, tv, music, being intimate, babies crying. There is so much more, but Ive just been ignoring it bc it has great commute to my job. This was my breaking point, after having the same parking spot since 2021, they assigned it to a new tenant and gave me another parking spot bc the manager that was here before (whom I talked to), is no longer working with them, so the agreement I previously had is being dismissed. And "Josue" the guy who answered the call after my 4th time trying to get ahold of them and leaving a voicemail, was not helpful at all, also reacted very annoyed and rude that I was asking questions. I asked to speak w a manager and he said no. Like are you seriously changing my parking space after having it since day 1 and giving me attitude about me wanting it back? I regret signing the lease for a new year, if this is how they treat their tenants... We make a lot of sacrifices to be able to afford living in a "nice" place, at least treat us like you care about making us feel at home."
"Management is laughably bad. If you have any questions or concerns about your apartment, be ready to have to send minimum 10 emails just to get a response back - AND EVEN THEN they give you the most generic and unhelpful responses. As someone who lives here (not for much longer) DON'T MOVE HERE! After a recent incident, some of my neighbors and I have been texting about the terrible management here. And trust me when I say that it's not just me that's fed up. Lots of us are looking for other, better places to live. The only time they actually communicate with any of their residents is when rent is due because that's all they care about."
