"- When I first move in to this apt, the carpet is not clean (previous renter's hair was everywhere) - neighborhood was not quiet at all due to kids playing all days and nights - the manager is arrogant and sometimes prejudice to renters. - manager seldom on -site, it's really inconvenient when you forgot your key or forgot to lock your door. - washing facilities are always dirty - after you move out, if some of your mails or packages were sent here, the manager will never return back to you."
