"I popped a circuit breaker and tried to reset it. I messed all the switches up, I did not understand exactly how they were marked and how to reset them. The old circuit box was easy, the new one was confusing. I called on a holiday weekend. The answering service took my info and a few minutes later a maintenance guy called me. He explained that no one would be available until Monday, but he could walk me through it on the phone. That worked perfectly and solved the problem."

"I didn't meet the maintenance staff but they helped fix the garbage disposal the 2nd day I submitted the request. They also put back all the stuffs that I stored under the sink and made it clean and tidy, which is very different from last time I experienced. I would rate it 5 out of 5."

"I’ve absolutely loved living here so far. My studio space feels so big and is perfect for me. The Maintnance orders I put in were taken care of the same day, just hours later. I had a note waiting for me when I got home as well from Mike welcoming me to the complex. I feel very safe and welcomed here, I can’t wait to stay"

"The ad is misleading! On the website it says $1000 down + rent. However, when you are approved, the entry fee is $7500. ??? What ? Two more friends applied to different units and the same type of response was given to them, with one of these friends and his wife earning $180,000 a year and having good credit. This just shows how there are no criteria for becoming a resident. The agent Kalyan who showed us the apartment and took care of the application is completely disrespectful and rude. It was just a waste of time. If I had seen the reviews before, I would certainly have avoided visiting this place."

"I would discourage anyone who is looking to rent an apartment to go with Westside. Our experience with management, specifically Kaylan, was absolutely demeaning. - Please note that they will show you a model of the unit, not the unit itself. Make sure to ask to see the actual unit and speak with neighbors. All of the units in the front and at the entrance look nice but if you check the back units, you would see the AC vents taped up and a unit had beer bottles lining their patio (plus broken glass surrounding it). We saw one of the neighbors using a bucket to capture brown liquid oozing from their AC. - They would promise to get back to us in 24-48 hours or at the end of the day but would fail to do so. Only when we would call multiple times and push them to process our application or answer our questions would they do so. - When they would answer, their tone was curt, rude, and exasperated. - Despite reassuring us that they would keep their initial rent price, they raised it at the last minute our application was being processed. They told my roommate that it wasn’t a big deal because it was only an additional $20/month but this accumulates to $240/year. They failed to honor their word despite us showing evidence of the initial price we applied for. We made sure to capture a screenshot of the original price just in case this would occur. Lastly, when we let management know that we were being treated disrespectfully, they insinuated that we were making attempts to lower the rent place. Let me make clear, even if they were to lower rent place, it would not be worth living at a place where management continues to make false promises and fail to hold their employees accountable for disrespecting prospective renters."
