"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s been wonderful! Very friendly staff who address any issues super quickly. They make an effort to get to know the residents and make it feel like a real community. All of the neighbors are respectful, quiet, and friendly. It’s mostly young to middle-aged professionals with a few lovely families that live here. There’s garage parking included in rent, and the other amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, etc) are all maintained super well. There’s also security guards at night plus key fob access to the building so it’s very secure! The location is walking distance to downtown Culver and the Palms Farmers Market on Motor. This place is the best!"

"The management office and overall complex experience has been decent, but the on site "security" is a joke and has an antagonizing attitude (one guy specifically). It's more harmful than helpful. I don't feel an ounce safer with this security company. Our security needs security."

"I just moved here and so far everything has been great. Both Toya and Kevin at the front desk have been great to work with, and I feel like I've just moved into a very nice apartment community. All of my questions were answered right away and it made my move to Los Angeles a whole lot easier. So far I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider Clarington Apartments."

"I have been living at Clarington Apartments for a month and I have to say, I absolutely love it! From the moment I met Toya, the Assistant Community Manager, I felt at home. She was so helpful and so kind and made applying for an apartment a breeze. The amenities are great, and everyone I've met in the building so far has been super friendly. The apartment itself is slightly outdated, but other than that, there's good closet space, and I love that it has a balcony! I looked at a lot of other apartments in the area, and for what you get here, it's a steal! I almost don't want to write this review so it remains a secret, but honestly if you want to live here in the Culver City/Palms area and can't afford the new luxury buildings around, this is the perfect apartment building for you!"

"Management sends emails to the entire building (hundreds of residents) frequently, in which they complain about one person’s behavior and then say they will be reviewing video footage to see who is doing whatever it is that management is complaining about, and they always threaten eviction. I have no idea why they wouldn’t just email the one person after reviewing the footage, rather than constantly threatening the entire building with eviction. It’s a hostile environment, and the antithesis of feeling like a welcoming home environment. Also, why are they always jumping straight to eviction? There are a lot of other issues (massive rent increases, bottom tier appliances, little notice before lengthy construction and loss of amenities, etc…), but treating people with no respect in their own home is, in my opinion, the biggest one."
