"This complex is by far the most amazing and thought out apartment I've seen in LA. I've viewed quite a few properties and the care and effort put into this building shows in everything from the people, the design, and amenities. You can tell the staff and owners really care about the residents here and it's a wonderful feeling. I remember I needed a quicker than normal move-in date and Joseph and Tatyana worked really hard to make that happen for me. They were so kind and consistently went above and beyond going as far as to give me their direct lines and even answering my text after hours. This really feels like a home and I'm loving the property so far!"

"I moved in Feb 2023 and I absolutely love living here. The property is gorgeous and incredibly well maintained (it’s brand new and if there are tiny scuffs in the hallway from someone moving in they repaint the walls immediately lol). The tenants are all super warm and welcoming. I even met one of my best friends across the hall!! I have been SO impressed with management/leasing as well. I truly couldn’t ask for a better team. They are responsive, kind, generous, fun and take care of ANY need immediately. They strive to create and fun and connected community through events, etc. Truly never thought this type of care existed in a corporate building. It is worth the price bc of the gorgeous units & concierge level of care you receive 24/7 (plus security!) love the area and feel super grateful to live here. :)"
