"My husband and I scheduled an appointment to view a unit here. We arrived at our designated time but the leasing office said they had no record of our appointment. Instead of working with us to schedule something new or taking a minute to show us the unit, we were rudely told that they don't, "just let people walk in". We totally get they have a process for showing the units, and understand there was some kind of miscommunication or mistake with scheduling, however, there is no reason to be so short/ rude with prospective tenants. Definitely not a good first impression and turned us off to the complex."

"Living at the Hughes was a 5 star experience! The site managers, Dawn and Ulysses, are THE BEST. They are both so friendly, caring, and communicative. I could bring any questions or concerns to them knowing they would help me right away. They made sure all the tenants felt safe and secure, and often coordinated or completed maintenance requests as quick as the same day! I have nothing but great things to say about them, and the building. Thank you Dawn and Ulysses!"

"I really enjoyed living at Hughes, our loft apartment was gorgeous with beautiful natural night and it was a quiet community with nice residents. Dawn was always a pleasure to work with and was very communicative when maintenance or other vendors need to come by. Ulysses was also here some days and he was also so great and helpful! Maintenance also usually handled any requests pretty quickly. During the time we lived here they ended up updating the gym which was nice. They added a few more machines and spruced it up a bit, which we appreciated. Sadly after almost two years we had to move out, but I really loved living here and would recommend it to others."
