Tierra Del Rey Apartments

"WE’VE NOW GONE WEEKS WITHOUT GETTING MAIL BECAUSE HOMELESS PEOPLE VANDALIZED THE MAILBOX AND UDR DON’T FEEL LIKE FIXING THEM. WE HAVE TO DRIVE TO USPS IN VENICE TO GET OUR MAIL. IT’S BEEN WEEKS AND UDR DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A TIMEFRAME FOR WHEN IT’LL BE RESOLVED. I’VE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES SINCE MOVING HERE. STAW AWAY!!!! It's now been exactly 2 weeks since I reported my washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 toilets, the fridge and AC not working, literally ALL my appliances are broken. I keep sending maintenance requests, calling the maintenance guy, emailing and calling management- there's NO help. $4000 rent and I have to wash my plates by hand and haven't been able to wash my clothes for 2 weeks (since I moved in). Also, the AC machines are on the roof, sounds like you're in a space ship at night. This place is ridiculously bad!"

"ZERO STARS -- Do not move in here. There is a 3 year massive construction project adjacent to entire building. Do not listen to lie by leasing office. they work from 7am-9pm M-F and even at 8am-6pm on Saturday. Your apartment will vibrate and you will not be able to work from home or even sleep. RUN AWAY, Do not move in here. These load noises will be here during the duration of your lease term. This is also in reference to the broken toilets, the flooding showers, the lack of management on-site."

"I wouldn’t. The maintenance is hit or miss, packages get stolen frequently, and a car window was broken into a few weeks ago."

"Great staff with an unbeatable location. The pool gets sun throughout the day and the gym has all the weights and accessories one would need to get in great shape. Having lived in other apartment complexes in Los Angeles, I believe TDR stands above most. Amara and Michael are 2 of the best management leaders I've come across in my 10+ years of living in apartments across the US. I'll be sad to leave."
