"This review is for Faye. This woman is by the the BEST landlord I have ever had. She is kind, helpful, communicates well, and makes all of her tenants feel welcomed! I had just moved to the west side and Faye helped make the transition so smooth. I felt safe and appreciated. If I could give her more stars on this rating I would. Thank you, Faye!"

"This is a great find on the west side. The apartments are basic, but that is not necessarily bad. It definitely gets the job done if you are a working professional that wants to live in a nice area that is affordable. There are a few nice restaurants and a farmers' market every Sunday in walking distance. Faye, the apartment manager, does a great job. She gives you independence, but is also friendly and gets to know the tenants. I always enjoy talking to her. If there is ever an issue she is always prompt and helpful. There may be nicer places in the area with more amenities and whatnot, but I enjoy living here. Definitely a great find if you want to live on the west side and not pay a ridiculous rent."

"When it comes to the building manager at Mar Vista Palms, Faye is absolutely great! She handles issues quickly and efficiently. She keeps this place running smoothly. She is personal and approachable, and really cares about the tenants who live here! So lucky to have such great management here, 3years and counting."
