"Greatest place I’ve ever lived. Crystal Day the manager has taken great care of me the last 3 years. Anytime I needed anything she’s always a phone call Away. Resolved every issue I was had. A great family atmosphere and everything is right across the street. From Vons, Panda Express, Starbucks, banks, etc. the beach is only a 10 minute drive and the vibes are amazing. Best place to stay in Long Beach hands down"

"I've been living here for over 2 years now, and it's been such a great experience. A great place for kids, families and students. Most importantly, the management, specifically, Crystal Day (Community Director), who goes above and beyond to make sure any service requests are met, she is very friendly and professional. In addition to my needs being met (which is rare), the Circle often hosts a pizza day, donut day, popsicle day, etc. throughout the year. My kiddo's recently received new backpacks and supplies for the 2024 school year and they were so excited. Needless to say, I am #livinghappy and feel grateful for choosing to live in such a wonderful community."

"I swear I love living here. The office staff is the best , they are so friendly and they get on top of any concerns you may have in a blink of an eye, especially if the office manager Crystal over hears. Also I love that they have one assigned parking spot, most apartment buildings in Long Beach there is either no parking or you have to pay $50 for one. And my neighbors around me we all get along and look out for one another. Also I love the new changes they are doing with the place, it looks nice."

"The property is beautiful, very clean and well kept. Management is professional, friendly and prompt. I was able to view all the beautiful amenities during my tour. Community has bbq areas and 6 conveniently placed laundry rooms. The units were spacious and layout definitely felt like home. I look forward to returning!"
