"I had two maintenance concerns, my kitchen sink was stopped up and my washing machine started leaking from the bottom. It took a couple of times to get the sink fixed but both times, Jose was quick to respond and attentive. The plumber was called out same day. Gotta love an efficient maintenance man, appreciate you brother. Also, he fixed a faucet issue in my bathtub that I forgot to submit a request for, so thanks for being proactive about that. You’re the best, fareal…thank you."

"Please don’t move here. I live across the building and there is one crazy lady living on the third floor. She talks to herself until 5AM in the morning. Entire community is mad and management is not doing anything about it. Would not recommend moving here until she’s gone. Not just because she’s loud but also won’t feel safe living in the apartment with her. Will delete the post once she is evicted."

"I went on a tour here, upon arrival I waited 10+ minutes for them to finish a conversation about billing or something. Even though the manager clearly saw us standing outside of the office, she kept talking. Almost in a manner to flex her authority, very off putting. I’m giving 2 stars for the music and the scent in the lobby, that’s it. I was getting ready to walk out when they finally finished. Anyway, maybe it was the apartments I viewed even though I viewed them all (not by choice) but this place is not what it seems. It was so hot everywhere, I was sweating, at one point I started feeling sick. Derek KEPT talking, and walking me all around, he even had me view the same place more than once. I had told him I had been touring since 9am, it was after 4pm; like he never read the room. Overselling tbh, to the point I was over the tour before we were done. I was there an hour. Not to mention, I specifically told him my price range and he insisted on showing me TWO apartments that were 500-700 more than what I wanted to spend. And I didn’t even like them more than what I told him I wanted to see when I arrived. I knew what I wanted to see when I got there. The apartments are really dark, almost gloomy even though he tried to blame the sunset. The ones I saw. The hallways are like idk, but I didn’t like it. All white, no windows, no doors to the outside, just long white hallways. He’s called me everyday since I toured, when I specifically told him I would reach out. This is after I told him no several times (awkward) I didn’t want to lock anything in that day. Maybe he’s a cool guy, but yea no. I would never consider living here, based on the apartments, that lady in the closed office, AND him being there everyday."

"Deric is honestly an amazing dude! We had the best time when looking for an apartment here, he was really thorough. He explained everything in detail and was very friendly and welcoming. He was willing to answer any question we threw at him! We enjoyed our tour and ended up signing a lease! We are super excited to live. Thank you Deric you are awesome!"

"Do Not Rent! This was the worst experience I ever had in renting! When I moved in the apt was super dirty, the carpet had black spots all over it, I told a women name Cindy many times about it-nothing was done. The building itself is dirty inside and outside, terrible smell. Trash around the building is just normal for that place. The noice of passing trains is 22 hours a day-unbelievable. Not to mention-THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK no matter how clean you leave the place. Cindy is very unprofessional, she never says hello, thank you, please. Never answers emails nor phone calls. I am disappointed but super happy to be out of that trash place. Please do your research and do not rent from them."
