"The worst property manager (Liana Lopez) I have ever came across. The below review is 1000000000000000000% correct. She makes up rules to agree with her bullying tactics on the spot. No way to report her wrong doings. BEWARE. Go to the company website and look for ways to report ANY issues, appliance break down, etc. You can't find. No BBB score...No wonder why...PLEASE beware...Nothing gets fixed until weeks. Front door has been broken for months. Community room not sound proof. Very loud."

"Zero rating! Don't live here, you've been warned. 1. FIRE and replace the manager, Liana Lopez!!! -She is NOT professional, mean customer service appeal, she is IRATE all the time, CANNOT seem to stay in her office her full shift. The type of person that's been working her job for too long and wants to leave but can't, cause she's assign to a free apartment. *Stressed out, allowing her frustrations and emotions dictate her actions to come off as dangerous and disturbing towards residents. -She CANNOT work under pressure. Always having an attitude but will smile in your face kind of person. -Changing the policy rules out of nowhere, NO NOTICES given to residents for updates, prior to change. Unorganized, leads to inconveniencing residents needs to live their lifestyle in an effective manner."
"This place is amazing! So many cool people live here and the neighborhood is so cool! Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance from the apartment complex. Really enjoy this place and highly recommend it for all creative artists looking for a safe, clean spot reside. I wish more places were like this place. Thank you!"
"i live close by and i see people literally dragging there old ugly mattress outside in the ally and leaving them there. That for one is disgusting, don't those people feel ashamed for leaving there nasty stuff out side in public. This is what make San Pedro look bad. It's because of people like that."
