"Front gate Security WILL tow your car for no reason regardless if your visitors have a parking pass or parked in the visitors spots. & when you confront them they play stupid. Especially the old hispanic security guard. no one in the community likes him. He terrorizes the residents. He should be fired. Beware, all of the communities issues start with the security or lack of. They are also very racist towards any residents who are not white. They also do nothing about securing who walks through the front gate. Random people walk through the gates including homeless. Don’t rent or buy here if safety is your concern."

"Stay clear of Harbor City and Wilmington areas. Much violence and crime in most areas."

"Great and timely service, the manager Ms. Taylor is very friendly and attentive to all issues. She cares a lot for the location and all that goes on in the village and she’s very quick to resolve all requests. Also, Juan the maintenance guy is very nice and helpful and has a lot of experience."

"The office is full of lazy people that put you on hold for an eternity and hang up on you. They give you an attitude and expect you to be courteous to them because if your not they won’t help you even if it’s their job to assist you. Horrible experience. Don’t live here. Nice looking place, but the rules and people working here are ridiculous. Not worth it."
