"There are a number of homeless people that they allow to live here on private property, which is scary as a resident! Not to mention that there is obvious drug usage going on outside. Would recommend cleaning it up!"
"Do not stay here, horrible management with an extremely rude manager named Addy Molina. She is rude to the current tenants, I saw it myself and kept complaining while being in a really bad mood. This property is losing money by having Addy Molina as their manager, my experience alone made me not want to ever rent here."
"This review is left solely for a woman who starts with a "V". She was extremely dismissive and rude. Terrible customer service with an attitude and I believe she is in a managerial role. To help better identify this person - she answered the phone around 4:30pm today. This was not Addy but probably her second in command?"
"Addy was so helpful and friendly! We would have not chosen Windward without her! Essential!"
"I have lived in two apartments here over the past 3 years, both first floor, I never heard anything from people above me, this building is well made. Three months ago a woman moved above me, it was 3-7 nights a week of partying, what sounded like cement shoes stomping, often noises of dogs in distress. I had met this woman and exchanged phone numbers, I have sent the screen shots the text thread of the many times I asked “everything ok up there?” And “please reduce the volume of yourself “, to management (Addy). Om May 23, it got so loud and crazy, my dogs were upset as was I, it was a Sunday evening and it was 11:30 pm? I called this woman and said “please reduce the volume of yourself “, and tried to rest. It was impossible, it got louder, we didn’t sleep much, Monday, May 24th was the “deal breaker” for me in this. The woman that had been terrorizing my ceiling for 2 months was now at my windows (both bedroom and living room” screaming on the top of her lungs. She was not alone, for one hour sustained she yelled at my windows, screaming my apartment number with her deplorable “claims” and back up to her apartment stomping. I called a neighbor in the building who rushed over, Addy (management) took his verbal and written statement of this event. As well on May 25th I went into the office to play the videos , what I could record, it was a lot of my digs in distress. This woman has been stomping around “free” and management does nothing. She somehow learned to “walk” in the past 5 days, and the silence is creepy. I have emailed management, other friends have gone in on my behalf, I used to call the woman above me the “protected abuser”, I think the truth is - they could care less."
