It’s very peaceful It’s been through a lot of different managers, but since they changed management and managers the manager Olivia, has been here, it’s been so much better She gets things done very helpful and efficient and it’s cleaner . It’s really changed !!"

"I used to live here a year or so ago. Residents need to be better vetted. It’s turning into a ghetto complex. A note to management, if you want less complaints and problems it’s in your best interest to NOT rent to people who are going to be disrespectful with their noise and how they treat the property and other people."

"I've been living in a studio here for about a a year now. The location really is a jewel, the apartment walls are thick enough that you don't hear your neighbors, and I haven't been able to find a studio this affordable with the amenities it has. My apartment faces the back of the building, and we have a beautiful and quiet view. Management has been an issue because they've always had one person working what should be a 2 to 3 person job, and they get burnt out and changed w/ someone else (I've seen 3 people come and go in a year). And there are some challenging residents living here that will blast music during the late hours, or not pick up after their dogs. But, all in all: it's safe, quiet, affordable, and enough for my needs."

"Bad experience with management. We had addressed our neighbors who would have parties every weekend and sometimes during the week on the first floor.They would smoke marijuana all night long and it would come in through our windows. We have two toddlers who shouldn’t be exposed to this and they were. We complained multiple times about this situation and it never got resolved. The laundry room isn’t updated and the machines are always out of order for long periods of time. Pool is always dirty and not well maintained. When the elevator breaks it takes weeks to get fixed. Roaches all over the complex.The whole complex is really filthy and unsafe to live in. With the amount of rent they charge, you would think they would maintain this place well."

"This place is not well kept at all! You have to pay a $25 valet trash service, even if you don’t utilize the service. The trash shoot that the trash velvet guys drop the trash off at is right by my door. I was told the reason we have to pay for this and the main trash is for the cleanliness of the complex. I will attach photos that I I just took of how clean the property is. The elevator has been down for over a month. The equipment in the gym has been down since I moved here last year. There are two leaks in the hallway from the rain that has not been addressed, so there are puddles and debri from the ceiling on the floor. For rent to be over 2k i would think the property would be maintained better. Rent fluctuates monthly since they add utilities"
