"As a non resident yet (fingers crossed!) this review is for Lisa and everything I've seen for this complex. Location, grounds, maintenance staff I met, and noise level (very quiet) were all stellar, but Lisa, the property manager, really stands out in terms of customer service excellence. I went apartment hunting last week and she was the quickest of 5 complexes to respond to my voice-mail. The tour she gave me was thorough and she talked about the wonderful community of tenants and how they were like family to her. I could tell this was true by her care for all the details, big and small, that make an apartment complex a place you love living in. She keeps the pool heated year round, everything is clean clean clean and she even has air fresheners in the lobby and mail room areas. The tenants we ran into during the tour greeted her like a friend and she knew them by name. I'm so impressed by Lisa and these apartments that I am submitting my application today!"

"Had a terrible meeting with the manager Lisa De Matteo-Stavnes. She asked for some personal information in regards to my profession as a musician and then when I submitted my link to her to scan she accused me of being a scammer.. despite tolerating that horiffic treatment, my wife and I submitted an application. This property is particular about who they want in there. Stay away POC."

"This review is specifically for Lisa who is property manager at Sepulveda West apartments. She is hard worker, amazing and very sweet person who goes above and beyond to fulfill each and every tenants needs. She is always with positive energy and smile on her face. If there is any issue she makes sure to resolve it ASAP. Apartments are good and spacious with lot of storage. Had some noise and dust issues in the past when apartments were going through remodeling phase but now everything is ok. Pool area and club house are very refreshing and beautiful where you can work or spend time with family. I just wish they had play area for kids."

"This is the best apartment complex I have lived in so far. Not only was the one bedroom apartment beautiful and spacious (with a lovely balcony), but the building manager Lisa was the most incredible person. I can genuinely say that she was always incredibly responsive, and cared about consistently improving the complex and making the residents feel safe. The maintenance manager Frank was the same: always responsive, helpful and kind. If I ever get the change to move back into this complex, I would in a heartbeat! It was also located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, and within walking distance to grocery and drug stores. I found living so close to LAX very convenient too since I travel a lot, and the double-paned windows blocked out any airplane sounds. Would highly recommend living here."

"I cannot say more of what an amazing experience we have had with Sepulveda West Apartments. Lisa, the property manager truly the best. From when we first viewed the complex, to moving in, to 6 months later she has made us feel so welcomed and has gone above and beyond with all of our needs. She is reliable, communicative, proactive and truly cares about the property and it shows. On top of that, Frank and Alma who help maintain the property are so great. We have had very few fixes needed but when we have, Lisa is immediately on it and Frank is there to fix it ASAP. The complex is quiet and the tenants are very friendly and respectful. We absolutely love our new home and HIGHLY recommend Sepulveda West Apartments to anyone."
