"I have lived here for almost 2 years. The staff and maintenance have always been consistent with anything that I’ve needed or had a concern about. The best part about living in this area is the neighborhood feel and the quiet area. The proximity to the freeways as well as so many restaurants within 10 minutes is such a bonus. The best part is having a coffee shop in the building and being able to take a friend there with you. I would definitely recommend living here."

"Since I've been living here for a couple of months I have to say these are amazing apartments and I love the location! Each unit has a washer and dryer which is a luxury in LA. Maintenance and office staff are so friendly and are always assisting as fast they can. When I put a maintenance request they come in a day or two to fix the issue! Whenever there is an issue with the building they are quick to let us know and just as quick to get on it! There is a coffee shop in the building so it is nice to go in and do some work."

The management team is very responsive and always there to help answer any questions I have. The amenities are also very well maintained. I feel safe and enjoy the community! Brenna and Marquis are a really great team in my opinion. They are very responsive with my needs as well as concerns. The building is clean and well kept. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. I feel safe where I live and enjoy the community of neighbors. I have made friends with quite a few of them. I would recommend this residence as a great place to live."
