"The community manager here, Courtney S., Was the previous? Current? Community manager at 2818 apartments on Harvey Mitchell. She is the worst manager of anything I have ever experienced and I’m talking about 10-year-olds can manage a group project better than Courtney can manage basic communication. I have been scammed out of $1800 because of Courtney and regional manager Donna S. I am putting this review on Parkwest as a resident of 2818 because I don’t want any Aggie families to go through the same thing I did with the same management, if you would like to see my experience at 2818, can read my review on 2818’s Google review."

"Update: I dropped the ParkWest down to one star. The crack team here still hasn't done anything other than reply here with a cut and paste response and a call from management but they couldn't figure out how to resolve their own billing issue. The location is excellent, and the layout of the apartment is fantastic. Here are the issues: 1. You will be overcharged every month. I have been here for months, and our bill has never been correct. 2. Nothing works; elevators, dishwashers, etc., you name it, it is broken here. The ultimate reason for the review is that the staff could be better. Better leadership is needed to turn this dive around."

"We have recently moved into these AWESOME apartments! The staff was so warm and welcoming. Brittney our leasing agent was so friendly and helpful. Our new home has a balcony with great views, and several pools/hot tubs to enjoy! We are near a street and close to the airport but noise is not an issue at all. Somehow it really is a quiet, calm and relaxing property. If you're looking for a new apartment check out Park West and ask for Brittney!!"
