"They are redoing the apartments in a really cheap way, everything is super cheap in it, the painting and their kitchens are very low quality. A lot of people moving in and out of these apartments, you must be ready to get some surprise once you move out, they will keep your deposit and overcharge you for all kind of things even though you give your apartment back in pristine condition."
