"Best place to live in Ventura. We had such a great experience from start to finish. We went to see the apartment complex on a whim and it was the best decision we made. The floorplans are open and super spacious. We loved the high ceilings and the high-end appliances. The building is gated and security cameras provide such an ease of mind. If you are a pet owner this is the perfect place. Our dog loves the open space and going for walks in the evening. The prices are affordable and the convenience of being close to everything is a big plus. April is wonderful and made our moving experience such a great one."

"April, the manager, made every part from the application process to moving in so easy. She's always responsive to my texts/emails. The apartment itself is very nice with hardwood floors, new appliances, washer & dryer in unit, & AC! There's a nice community room and gym. All of my neighbors have been very nice and the whole place is pet friendly. I'm very happy with my new home!"

"YOLO West is a great community. It's new, upgraded, and safe! The property manager, April, has been amazing from the first time I met her. She's quick to response to questions and provides check in whenever I see her. We had a scheduled blackout at night due to construction, but April wasn't notified of it. The main gates weren't working the following morning. I was in a panic to get to the garage to get to work on time! April managed to get someone to help us get the key fobs and garage door working! She always has a smile whenever you see her. The apartment is quiet and the neighbors are also friendly. We have helped each other during move-in days. Overall, this is a great space to live in!"
