"My fiancé & I went to tour this property and the contact number i was given was 100% not helpful. she was so rude and inconsiderate. i arrived a little early to my tour and she stated in a rude manor that i wasn’t supposed to be there yet. Just for the tour guide to be late. I looked foolish being yelled at on the phone then sitting like a dog for the tour guide to take their time to come and help. 0/10 do not recommend dealing with this company."

"They don’t seem to care about their tenants and all they seem to care about was their bottom line. Communication was horrible. There were several times where the water would be shut off and we were never given the legal notice of 24 hours. When I would reach out to the office they would claim that they were not aware of this. Even if this was the case for the first time you think they would let the owners know so they could fix the issue and make sure the tenants were told next time it would need to be shut off. To get any work done was like pulling teeth. And their plumber they would send is a joke. He doesn’t know a single thing he is doing and is very unreliable and unprofessional. He will tell you that he is coming at a certain time then won’t show up until 6-8 hours later with no notice. And when you try yo contact him he won’t answer. Not to mention hr would never finish whatever he was suppose to be working on and would be at the units working until 10 PM. When myself and some of the other tent ants complained about him to Burrows all they would say was that they only hire professional people. While renting from them the owners of the building decided to paint the building, there was a lot of issues with this painter (and they is in no way on Burrows fault since the owners hired this guy) but during the painting process there was no communication to us from Burrows on what was going on and during this project the painter cut my internet. I informed Burrows and I was out of work 2 days because of all the issues. Burrows did not bat an eye and said it was our issue to deal with. Burrows would also show up unannounced and go through our garages. Overall I found my experience with them very unprofessional and I do not recommend them."
