"New management has a lot of work to do! I have seen more notices for people who smoke and leave their pet's waste everywhere. However, some tenants definitely should be kicked out they do not respect rules, other tenants and trash the place. I hope he implements this policies and terminates lease to those who do not comply."

"It took a while…but they have still not given me the paint, that I’ve been asking for, for a year and half. I then was advised that painting is not their concern…that is why it was not addressed. Excuse me, i was forced to transferred from a unit that the roof came down on me while I was going to bathroom and damaged my vases, pictures, shower curtains, rugs, etc. They advised to keep my receipts, but I never received a cent. Plus, there were many hazards on the cement walk ways with raised cement, I tripped after 6 years of avoiding these hazards, I did take a fall, cracking my teeth and chipping the front teeth, they will compensate me for the damage, I have witnesses, receipts and stories from others that have suffered in this complex. Also, they have been billing me for utilities, I have given them proof that I have always paid directly to So Gas & water with letters from the companies, indicating I’ve never had a lapse in coverage, they will not accept…? So they are charging me late fees every month…excuse me, this is out of hand. If you want to hear what happened after the ceiling fell on me, please contact me…unit 142, at least they put you in a different unit or let you go to motel to shower…never happened, I had to pay myself…ALL OF IT! I don’t think you want photos, with the scraps on my arms and face… I do have them and have submitted without compensation of any kind… Ps my photos of disaster is in my cloud"

"Management does nothing to keep residents safe. Two shootings in a week. No security cameras. Everyone and their mom have the gate code. Entrances that requires a key don’t lock or don’t open. Raised rent 4 times in 3 years and have done no improvements to anything on property. My oven says it’s from 1985. I could go on and on"

"Absolutely one of the worst application processes and management staff experience. We walked in to attempt to turn in applications and we’re not even acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Staff was talking amongst each other, cussing, yes on the phone talking to other staff but didn’t even say “hello, give me just a moment.” I knew at that point our experience was not going to be good. The person who “assisted” us claimed to know absolutely nothing because she is new but she is running the show! We just picked up paperwork last week and she told us the application paperwork we picked needs to be rewritten because it has a lot of false information. She was too busy looking at my tattoos to answer my questions and could really have cared less to assist us with our questions. She just wanted the paperwork and immediately denied us for not having 3months paystubs. She cared less about us explaining we were self employed and had bank statements and tax return info. She said “you will be denied immediately, we need 3months current paystubs” guess I dodged a bullet, can see why management has bad reviews. She just started there, do you have 3 months paystubs? Goodness. Give people a break already. She could have done better to assist us, but guess they don’t need to fill up units or take applicants, even though they are posting ads every hour."
