"Everything was very nice. The rooms were updated and clean. The place was quiet and relaxing. I just wish they had king size beds. They only have queen. The pool was clean and inviting, but it was too cold to swim."

"There are multiple issues with the hotel 1. The check-in process is very slow. There is a single staff helping guests. And staff seem to be new. 2. The hotel is keeping photocopies of credit cards for incidentals, which is never heard of and big security risk. When asked about, the staff responded that it's hotel policy and they can't issue a room without a credit card photocopy. 3. Finally, when tried to check into the room, room had don't disturb sign hanging. Thought probably cleaning staff forgot to remove the sign and unlocked the room with key. And, the room is not cleaned, bed sheets are thrown on the ground, and food bags are left on the counter. Went back to the checkin desk to report the issue, and the staff has no idea about it. She consulted with a maintenance lady who seemed to be even more clueless about it. Finally, another 20-minute wait, a new room is issued. Rooms seem to be good and clean. But service is subpar."

"The true rating would be a 2.5 star for this hotel. The hotel has elevators but are slow or out of order so get the top floor can be a pain as well as the stairs being close do to renovations. Some of the staff is good while others seem to be lost. This could all be due to the area, but I am not sure. The best part was the breakfast and the children loved this aspect as well. The beds not the best and overall the rooms are okay."

"Initially, the room was stale and smelled slightly of mold. Despite that, it was a cozy room with all of the basics. The window fully opened so we caught a nice breeze. I was stoked on the fitness room! It contained all of the machines I use at the gym to get my sweat on. Stationary bike, treadmill, 360 station, dumbbells, water cooler, a.c.. Breakfast in the am is tended by the sweetest, most attentive lady! Breakfast was pretty packed by 9:30 am. There was a nice selection of food. We enjoyed our stay and had a late checkout by 1pm!"

"The room with a kitchenette was great. Some of the dishes were dirty from who ever used them before us. Breakfast was good, the little lady working in the breakfast area was the highlight of our stay. She is warm, friendly, kind, helpful, and probably the hardest worker I've ever met! She greeted everyone who walked through the door with a smile and a good morning, and sent everyone with well wishes as they left to start their day :). It was a decent value."
