"I stay at this hotel 1.night such a beautiful place from front desk to rooms. When you check in office has this beautiful fireplace, county style office, true rooms are newly remodel king size bed, super comfortable not sure the brand of the mattress but it’s so nice invites you to sleep as soon as you lay down with waterfall shower, super spacious room, with fridge, microwave, and Keurig single coffee cup,. But forgot to mention that the person at front desk was so polite, very friendly made me feel welcome, so respectful, for me customer service is a must, outside parking lot nice clean, they have this beautiful long gardens . If you’re visiting Lompoc need to rest I do recommend you this hotel looks and feels like a five star hotel without the expense."

"Stayed 2 nights, on the second night my room key would not work so I went to the office. On the door was a note to call this number if I had issues. The man answered yeah hello! I told him my key was not working, he said ok well stand outside your door and someone will be there, I explained that it was almost 9 pm and I did not want to stand outside my door. I then waited almost 20 minutes for someone to show up. The next morning upon checkout I discovered that the mattress had a pee pad, pulled it back to find a very horrible situation. Called to get at least one night refunded was denied so in this case everyone should know what they are getting when they stay. *upon seeing your response, I am saddened and sickened at the same time. You want me to thank your staff for leaving me in the cold. A business that is ran correctly and safely has staff available. As to your response of take to social media, absolutely. You are showing that your customer does not matter, not even trying to make it some what right and then can’t even apologize for your poorly ran motel. Every response here you blame your customer for their review.. sad sad business."

"I arrived at 12 am in the middle of the night, but check-in was very smooth. I called the number posted on the night window and was answered quickly by a very organized staff (whom I called earlier in the day to book a room). He was very kind and helpful. Room was decent and had everything I needed for a quick mid-trip stay. Pro: - Affordable - Bed and pillows were comfy - Clean bathroom Con: - The table was a bit dusty, but didn’t really impact our stay. - No breakfast - Bit noisy hearing the water running in other rooms"

"This motel deserves ZERO star!!! Michael at the front desk is super rude. When we found an earwig on our bed and brought it to his attention, his first thought was "how do I know you didn't put it there?" and acted as if I was overreacting to the incident. His suggestion was "toss the bug out and forget about it". Thank you for the extraordinary experience to this bug infested poor service motel!"

"Rooms are nice, modern, and clean. The bed was comfy and the Wi-Fi was also acceptable. There was no breakfast provided and the main office did not open until 9am, meaning you can’t even get something before heading out for the day. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper overnight and discovered the lobby was closed in the morning. There was a number to call and they said no one would be on-site until 9am and suggested we just “wait until then.” Nice…"
