"I did my due diligence with other budget motels in the area and I’m glad I chose Inn of Lompoc over the competition. Tracy the front desk agent was incredibly helpful in getting the right room for the right price. Despite what the consensus seems to be here, the single queen room I stayed in was actually quite comfortable and spacious compared to other similarly priced room setups I’ve experienced. The only thing I really noticed was that the shower controls need to be updated. They were perfectly functional as is, just really finicky and old."
"The property is very misleading. When I got into the room it was like stepping into a Time Machine and back into 1993 everything is old from the Blankets to the T.V if Ghetto is what you’re looking for then look No further this is the place for you. No amenities, customers service is a 2 at best. The zombies working at the front desk need to be retrained. Never will I ever do business with this property again, I’ve stayed at numerous hotels in Lompoc and this is by far my worst experience (of my life) save yourself the disappointment of staying here and go to the Embassy Suites or Hilton Garden inn. I will never make this mistake again Lesson Learned. You’ve got your last dollar from me."
"This is an older hotel in a small town, thus it's far from luxurious. To be fair it does need a remodel but you cant beat the price for what you get and where this hotel is located. That being said we stayed during a low reservation night and were able to secure a room with no neighbors on either side of us with a simple request. The front desk manager was sweet, polite, and helpful and the cleaning staff made sure our room was clean. Our room was very affordable for a two bed, and had plenty of space for our son to play. Bring a laptop and an hdmi cord because they have the best wifi out of all of the hotels in town making it perfect for gaming or streaming your favorite shows. As of the date of this review, it should be noted they no longer offer a free breakfast which isn't as sad as you'd think considering all the fast food and restaurants that are located surrounding it. Give this place a try if you are on a budget and enjoy friendly, hospitable service!"
