"They're responsive with apartment repairs and processing payments, though neighborhood repairs are slow. However, they scam you with the deposit. There's a mandatory $95 carpet cleaning and $50 oven cleaning fee after you move out of the apartment you are demanded to clean. They took that out of the $250 deposit and the carpet/stove was immaculate. The office workers are insensitive, especially Carmen (who acts as if she's listening but doesn't address your concerns) . Carmen even lied about payment plans when I was having trouble moving out."

"We have lived here almost a year and there has only been one glitch and it was fixed promptly. When calling for maintenance the staff has always been prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend living here."
"I enjoyed living in Fredericks Park! The maintenace crew always worked quickly to make sure any work orders were taken care of. As an RA I had to conduct health and safety inspections and I had great time with the crew members that ame along with me. The staff on the alliance side of the office always made me feel welcomed and heard (especially in comparison to the east campus housing side) - 4 stars"
