"I do not live here, so I cannot speak to the property itself. I can speak on behalf of the manager Kristen who was patient and kind today. She took the time to answer my questions and even check to ensure I got the email she sent, while on the phone with her. She was professional and that in itself speaks highly to this complex in my opinion. I have lived at river oaks and other high end-end complexes who has horrible customer service. So 5 STAR TO Kristen today!"

"I am currently a resident here and I cannot wait to move next week. The complex is full of roaches. I stayed here for 2 years because it's all I can afford but I have a 6 year old who is really afraid of the bugs and it's embarrassing to have people over. The roaches are not as bad in the winter time but when summer hits they are everywhere. I've tried spraying home defense and it almost seems like they are immune to it now. Also, whoever renovated the homes did a poor job because the floors are super uneven and so are the tubs in the bathrooms. I am sick of hearing the floor creaks when I'm down-stairs. Another thing that really bothered me is that my neighbors have 2 huge pitbulls that barks all throughout the night and they smoke a ton of weed. The unit is pretty. It has grey tiles, and it comes with a backyard and patio. However, the units are only good for those who don't mind living with roaches. I mean they are everywhere even in the fridge and drawers. I have not seen a mice/rat in the unit at all but they do have wasps really bad in the summer time. Lastly, I would recommend getting a live camera because they do steal around the complex."

"if i can give this place no star and rate this place as a zero i would let me start off its poor management. infested with pest such as roaches you cant get rid of. no matter what mice. . wasp bed bugs everything you name it its a very bad infestation mantinence never fix anything takes months just for them to do . a work order i do not recommend this place to families with children due to the high volume of pest. this place is not safe to live at all .i moved it was way to many roaches. coming from everywhere my house was clean it still had roaches alot of gang members also hanging out do NOT MOVE here it's an infestation ... Of RATS. Field mice and Big Cockroaches. I seen roaches in my fridge eating . And mice in my cabinets. Don't recommend this place to no one at all .... Management sucks does nothing about the problem it's also black mold through the buildings closer to the office so be very aware"

"I am going to be as Frank as I can the infestation in this place is so massive you never know what you're going to incounter here. Big spider or vampire bat. Roaches! BIG ROACHES! Bed bugs, bees, wasp, and other pest (I.e. management ) STAY AWAY!!!"
