Wexford Way

Wexford Way is a part of the award-winning Emerald Vista mixed-income community located at 6900 South Mariposa Lane in Dublin, California. This institution offers high-quality affordable apartment homes for households of all sizes, ranging from one to eight family members.

The design of the multi-family apartments at Wexford Way is inspired by the rural roots of the surrounding valley area, with a color palette and building structure that reflects this influence. Each residential building, whether two or three stories, is designed to provide direct ground-floor entrances for each household, eliminating the need for common stairs, elevators, and corridors.

The community at Wexford Way emphasizes a sense of "home" by featuring entry porches that face landscaped streets or common green areas. Surface parking is located behind the buildings, creating a more homelike atmosphere with guest parking available. Each apartment or townhome has its own private deck or entry porch, adding to the sense of individual space.

Residents of Wexford Way have access to a Village Center, Childcare Center, two playgrounds, and a regional trail along Alamo Creek.
