"We have an appointment at 5:00 for a tour. and the staff and leasing office is close and empty. And we call the phone, they respond me in 20 min. and state that they are completely rent out. So there is no more tour to give it to us. I think it is just they left early home. I don’t understand with this type of horrible service. And during the phone call, when we trying to figure out why a completely rent out apartment still confirm our appointment. The management team just ignore us and hang up the phone. I don’t know what’s the meaning of a tour with no room to check out for. So we can see the outside? The call phone conversation has no apologize for what happen, the only word I hear is “I understand” and “perfect”."
"The staff at this leasing office have extremely bad attitudes and are very difficult to communicate with! Waited three hours for them to call me back because they couldn't reasonably explain the error in their work and this woman just hung up on me after yelling extremely crazy at me! The manager need to check the mental health of their staff. Not feeling safe to live in a community with this type of crazy staff!"
"Steer clear of this place! Despite having my car parked in my assigned slot with the correct permit, the leasing office erroneously reassigned my spot to someone else and then called the towing company to tow my car. No one ever noticed that the permit in my car showed the exact same number of my parking slot where I parked my SUV. This mix-up led to serious damage, including a broken CV joint, axle, and bearings, costing me over hefty $2,000 for repairs recently. The lack of attention to detail and the inconvenience caused are unacceptable. Beware of the leasing office's negligence, as it can result in unexpected expenses and unnecessary hassles for residents."
"Hello I been a resident for 2 years and would like to thank Jesus the Maintenance technician for always being so attentive to detail and fast response to my request he truly shows he skills In his work. Overall property is a nice quite laid back scene you will like it here with a awesome Maintenance team."
