"Terrible apartments. Moving out was one of the best decisions I ever made. It was terrible because of thin walls, cheap windows and frames not weather proof so it was freezing cold and then huge PG&E bills because of cold air inside. Insects, dirty tap water. The list goes on, it felt like an overpriced slum. Look elsewhere."

"****UPDATE 1/19/24 Woodleaf charges $72 a month per unit for trash! Before you sign a lease with them make sure to ask the leasing office about this. It is more than double the price of trash at The Parc or The Commons. As a tenant they have not provided notice of this increase and was brushed off by management when trying to discuss the increase. Don’t rent from these people, they are the worst. 6/12/23 We found out that a new neighbor who moved in two weeks ago, into the same one bedroom style apartment that we have, is paying $2400. When woodleaf is trying to raise our rent to $2600 HOW DO THEY JUSTIFY CHARGING LOYAL TENANTS MORE THAN NEW TENANTS?! Woodleaf, your response to my review does not answer or address the issue. Can you please explain how we have to pay $200 more a month than a brand new tenant? I look forward to your response. We moved to Woodleaf two years ago and are having to relocate due to our rent being raised the max legal amount for the second year in a row. I spoke with the property management last year to try and negotiate the stiff rent increase. Even though my partner was out of work and in medical debt due to a Covid related illness, they still would not negotiate with me. This year we received the same $200 increase in our new lease agreement which brought us to the decision to move. Woodleaf is run by a large corporation who just wants their money and does not care one bit about you as a tenant. On top of that the apartments are tiny, the windows are drafty, the service calls take weeks to fix (we didn’t have a microwave for two months), the hot tub never works and the walls are thin. Don’t rent here."

"Whatever you do if you’re thinking about moving into these apartments run!!! Horrible place to live! Your car will get broken into and once you leave they will charge ridiculous amount of money for repairs that didn’t have to be done to the apartment! We left our apartment like if just moved in and they were charging us up to 2,500 for damages! They are just money hungry"

"Really nice area and convenient location, but the management is a hassle to deal with. It's supposed to be a smoke-free property but tenants smoke cigarettes in the parking lot, in front of our unit, and in their own adjacent units. We've complained to management so many times, and other tenants have complained for the same reason but nothing is ever done to rectify the situation. I lay in bed at night trying to sleep and my entire bedroom smells like a dingy Reno casino through no fault of my own. Management doesn't care about the tenants they only care about the money."

"I have been living at Woodleaf for six months and it has been a delightful experience. The apartment complex is well-managed and our complex manger Fardeen is super friendly and approachable. He really goes out of his way to help residents in any way that he can! I also love the community. I'm particularly fond of my lovely neighbors who have a cute dog named Chloe, but everyone is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a close-knit community. Case in point: last week I lost my wallet and a kind resident found and returned it to the office, where the staff promptly contacted me. This act of kindness is a testament to the wonderful people living in and managing this community. Another highlight of living here is the location. We’re surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment options which are within walking distance, so you'll have plenty to do. TLDR: I really enjoy living here and I highly recommend Woodleaf Apartments to anyone thinking about moving in!"
