They couldn't internally communicate our living situation, causing the check process to take over 1 week. They advertised 2-3 business days. They are a joke. If you are a business, please never use them, and if you use them already, find someone else."

I’ve never experienced anything like this. Everyone has an attitude and act as if they’re doing you a favor. "Horrible company that provides reports with egregious errors to property managers. Their customer service representatives are not helpful or kind. On-site does not care about the quality and accuracy of the product they provide. They have no interest is helping renters' correct their reports or providing quality customer service. If you pay a property management for their services, the information they provide is not worth the $35 you paid. If you see this company as a report for property management company, run away quickly."
