"It's been two months I am living with my family here and it's been wonderful experience. In house washer dryer makes the experience more great as we have a kid and we often use our washer/dryer atleast twice a week. Leasing office members are very helpful, they carefully listen all your questions and problems. They have a dedicated maintenance helpline and maintenance support staffs are highly skilled and will try resolve your problems as soon as possible. My move in formalities were also smooth. Overall, I would recommend this place highly for people who want to move in future."

"Since we knew this apartment already we had set our expectations over the facilities of the community accordingly. We are living for 1yr 3months and can happily say that our expectations are well met. Rent: Town house for ~$2.7k. Though you will get facilities accordingly but the floor plan is better. It will be too hot in the top floor during summer well a $40 ventilator fan can solve it. Staffs: Both the office and the maintenance staffs are friendly and we are impressed with their maintenance services. Community: Simple and small but pleasant one."
