He was easy to communicate with, responsive to my needs for lease modifications, and highly professional. The property is ideally located near downtown Menlo Park, immaculately maintained, and tastefully decorated in a pleasant contemporary style. Great for a couple or a visiting tech executive. I stayed for 3 months!"

"The worst! I've never come across a management company that is THIS unresponsive, vindictive and passive aggressive in all my years of renting all over the United States. Expect water damage, dirty buildings with poor upkeep, broken lights and appliances, and vanishing amenities for your next lease (or Airbnb) with Kevin & Philip. They're truly the quintessential scummy landlord. Stay away."

"Kevin didn't show up at our appointment tour, so I had to communicate with him via text/phone calls, I asked him a couple of questions back and forth to clarify the leasing term and rental price. In our text he said I'm asking dumb questions which cause him waiting too long for me to sign the lease(only 1 day after I applied) Then, he seems impatient about me asking questions anymore and canceled my lease for no reason. The unit I visited was nice, however, I feel so lucky he showed this attitude and personality before I signed the lease. It's a little bit scary to work with someone who are impulsive and unstable on the mood."
